“We’ve worked with Nita for 3 years and she helped us turn our villa into a dream. She is so talented and so detail oriented. She is so organized and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is done as planned. It’s wonderful to work with someone that can be fully trusted and always available to help and support”. “Nita was the main architect for our house in Roquefort Les Pins and it was a pleasure to work with her. She had quite a few constraints imposed by local planning rules which meant our initial contemporary ideas were not feasible. Despite this and our wish to build something original she came up with a design which we love and also satisfied the highly conservative planners. We mixed modern design with a traditional stone façade which is quite unique and often people think we have converted an old building into a modern home.
The interior has some clever design ideas which allowed us to have a much bigger internal footprint than planning allowed. In the design process we created a simple SketchUp model which allowed us to play around with ideas rapidly in 3d before going to the final design. I found this highly effective and Nita was always quick to respond and give her views even if she felt they were different from ours. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nita and I would certainly employ her again if the occasion arose – fortunately our house speaks for itself and I don’t see us building again!”. JD

“Nita was recommended to me when I had an exterior renovation project in the pedestrian zone of Antibes Old Town. It was a complicated project that involved a great deal of liaising with the Town Planners and Mairie which Nita undertook on my behalf thereby facilitating the permission from them for the works to start. As I was unable to be in France at the time she also met various contractors on my behalf ensuring they were up to the task and were familiar with the strict regulations required by the Mairie. The project was completed to my total satisfaction with excellent communication throughout and minimum stress “.

“When I first met Nita in 2017 I was instantly struck by her professionalism coupled with a large degree of warmth. From her Mondrian coat to the rings she wears you know to expect a person with style and straightforwardness”.

“We bought a flat that needed to be completely redesigned and renovated. Nita helped us to clearly define our final design and provided us with several architectural plans and elevations so that we could brief our builders and they were an invaluable resource throughout the demolition and building process. Nita was so quick at responding and delivered all the plans on time so that we could hire builders to start the work. We really enjoyed working with her.”

“Nita, firstly, worked very hard on a project that involved a total overhaul of the downstairs of a property where neither she, nor the builder nor myself, knew what might turn up. This part of the property had not been touched, apart from some painting and decorating, for 80 years since the house was built. It was dark, damp and full of strange rooms which seemed to have no purpose. It is now a very well appointed apartment full of light, space and modern influence”.
